Developed systems and processes which bridge project management and knowledge management. Developed proprietary software to facilitate custom principles into action. Providing consultation to help people with big goals create the personalized tools and processes they need to achieve their dreams.

Responsible for all knowledge management endeavors for 300+ person division including Microsoft SharePoint administration. Created strategies and onboarding tools to implement knowledge management processes across the division. Projects included:

• Designing a standardized Document Management System including a taxonomy system
  
• Optimizing the document life cycle by studying associate needs and training them on setting up documents
  
• Training new associates in KM fundamentals to encourage positive KM habits from the start
  
• Retraining experienced associates to help them understand the value and make appropriate adjustments for document management
  
• Developing a custom and standardized open item tracker system for design engineers to collaborate more effectively and maintain records more consistently throughout projects
  
• Establishing a comprehensive SharePoint hub site as a single point of access to information and knowledge
