About Me

Gina Abudi, MBA has 25+ years’ of experience in helping mid-size to large, global organizations develop and implement strategy around projects, processes and people. Gina is President of Abudi Consulting Group, LLC. (a woman-owned small business.) In this role she has led a number of projects including 360 assessments of leaders/executives, coaching leaders at all levels, supporting process improvement initiatives, supporting change management initiatives, facilitation of team meetings and executive strategy planning sessions, facilitation of sessions with executives to solve business issues, and development, implementation and evaluation of Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Change Management Centers of Excellence. She has worked with a number of large, global organizations to facilitate review of project management and core business processes, working with clients to find and implement improvements in how work is getting done to support business and customer needs.
Since starting with Abudi Consulting Group, Gina has developed and owns the IP to over 60 critical skills, management and leadership focused workshops. She works closely with a variety of clients to develop and deliver workshops, seminars and training programs to meet long term strategic development and training needs as well as to facilitate executive sessions and Board of Directors’ planning sessions.
Gina also serves as a resource for Oriel Stat-a-Matrix. In her consulting role as VP, Program Management, Gina works with Oriel to lead large, global complex projects for their clients from a program management, project management and change management perspective.
Gina is lead author of Best Practices for Managing BPI Projects: Six Steps to Success (J Ross Publishing, 2015)  and author of Implementing Positive Organizational Change: A Strategic Project Management Approach (J Ross Publishing, 2017.)
She is an adjunct professor at Tufts Medical School and Clark University.

Gina Abudi has worked on a variety of projects with medium to large, global organizations. Just a handful of these projects includes: (1) working with a global pharma company on a transformational change initiative launched due to a merger and acquisition; (2) conducting a 360 assessment for a large, national healthcare cost management solution firm with the goal of developing leadership programs at all levels. This assessment culminated in over 5,000 surveys and responses were gathered from executive down to supervisory level employees; (3) providing training programs to a global retail organization on a variety of critical skills to help employees meet long-term strategic goals of the organization; (4) led a strategic planning session for a financial institution with a focus on resolving three key business issues that were impacting the ability of the organization to move forward with achieving their objectives. The three-day strategic planning off-site included working with three break-out groups that included executive leadership as well as VPs and Directors to develop strategic plans to address each business issue. Follow up work will include monthly progress meetings with each team assigned to address a particular issue in order to ensure continue movement forward; (5) Development and launch of a new hire onboarding programs for a nutritional supplements organization. Onboarding programs included both face-to-face as well as virtual components as well as a mentoring component. Technology was used to facilitate the program and sharing of knowledge between and among employees; (6) For a health and wellness small business, provided change management support to enable for moving to a more structured organization, including assisting in development and getting buy-in for updated processes, procedures and best practices. This support primarily entailed engaging 150 employees in the change initiative, structuring the change project and developing metrics to measure success; (7) For a retail organization, coached a member of the senior leadership team to help the individual improve his emotional intelligence in order to better lead and engage his staff.
