Strategic Program Management: Led deployment of client's new analytically-driven pricing tool across US sites, the culmination of a $170M initiative. Achieved on-time, smooth delivery of 5 successive market launches, an accomplishment was noted in CEO's end of year communication to all employees and investors. Market Research & Concept Testing: Engaged by the CEO of a toy & educational products company to conduct a competitive landscape assessment and develop the target consumer profile for a new children's product.
