I provide Continuous Improvement consulting and coaching. I partner with my clients to find the correct business problems and develop solutions with a toolbox approach (Lean, Six Sigma, AI, Toyota Way, etc.). My client’s become simple...better....faster. I help my clients with the following:

1. Reviewing current states to understand where the business is today
2. Identify root causes, Lean Wastes, and non-value steps with the leaders and teams.
3. Brainstorm ideas with the leaders and teams to improve the problem areas identified.
4. Develop Future States for strategic planning and change management that includes a path forward to process improvement and a technology roadmap for the Future State and beyond.
5. After developing the Future States, I will partner with leadership and Project Teams to implement the future state through program and project management.
6. Coach and train clients and their teams through Continuous Improvement and Change Management for ongoing transformation7. Develop standard work, process documentation, and workflows with the client’s systems.
