I founded Payne Enterprises to disrupt the market for diligence-focused consulting work.  We focus on delivering high-quality research products to investors (private equity, hedge fund, venture capital, and corporate M&A clients).   I have experience at the analyst, consultant and team leader levels at Bain & Company, and have also completed dozens of projects independently for Catalant.  Please see www.PayneEnterprises.com for more details on our model.  

At Bain, my work spanned a number of industries, including industrials, private equity, retail, aerospace and defense, telecoms and financial services.  The capabilities I covered included market sizing/analysis, competitive analysis, strategic plans, operational improvements, and M&A.  I also spent 10 months in Bain's Private Equity Group, helping conduct due diligence on firms ranging from ~$100M to ~$5B+ in revenue.  While at Bain, I worked out of the firm's Chicago, Singapore, Bangkok and Washington, DC offices.  I also have completed 10+ projects through Catalant for clients including the Fortune 100,  major private equity firms, small/medium sized businesses and non-profits.

I earned an MBA from Harvard (with distinction) in 2015 and graduated from Notre Dame with a BA in Economics and Chinese in 2009.  I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients and delivery high-quality, tailored output to the clients with whom I partner.
