My background in technology consulting, project portfolio management, and Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University, combined with my leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, give me confidence that I can quickly add value to Beckway’s portfolio companies, team, and clients.
 
During my tenure as a Consulting Partner at Orveon Global, an $800M premium beauty brand carveout led by Advent International, I oversaw delivery of a $200M project portfolio spanning across Digital, IT, Transformation, and Supply Chain, which included standing up, operationalizing, and leading multiple, integrated PMO structures to support a global team of 200. I drove the successful delivery of a global, E2E business operations platform, including NetSuite ERP, Körber Warehouse Management System (WMS), Blue Yonder, and EDI, on-time, on-budget, and on-spec, surpassing all transaction advisory (TSAs/DSAs) targets and saving the firm $XX in potential exit fees. I am currently leading a critical supply chain operational and technical process transformation focused on supply and demand planning, freshness, inventory costing, and EDI.
 
In a previous role as Field CTO at Dell Technologies, I demonstrated a strong track record of addressing critical client issues and fostering project excellence in Life Sciences. One notable instance was when I served as a transformation partner to a $300B+ biotech client, spearheading the analysis, bid response, and development of a $350M infrastructure transformation platform. Collaborating with ten executives across business and IT, I oversaw data, emerging technologies, and cloud solutions by conducting comprehensive value stream mapping to lay the foundation for delivery strategy, investment, and prioritization efforts. My dedication to financial management was instrumental in achieving revenue and margin targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
 
Beyond my career accomplishments, I am continuously developing new skills. For example, I am actively specializing in Supply Chain Management and Optimization, Value Chain Management, as well as pursuing admission as a Doctoral Candidate in Artificial Intelligence, specializing in AI-driven Project Portfolio Management. Design-Thinking:Human-centered design thinking was a key factor to the huge success of an internal sales transformation he led - BXT (Business, Experience, Technology), where I was tasked to re-think and reframe the approach to how the firm designed and sold solutions to its clients, generating over $600M in new pipeline over a few months. During this Program, I led bespoke workshops for Senior PwC Partners - some of which had been selling the same way (successfully) for over 25 years - to look at the client's challenge through the lens of key stakeholders, and reframing the challenge to solve more than it could before.
