Chris Maisto provides strategic consulting for enterprise transformations, M&A integrations (buy & sell-side), divestitures and private equity carveouts. In January 2021, Chris started the boutique consultancy Sideways8 to simplify the management and orchestration of technology project portfolios, implementations, service delivery, operations, governance, and engagement leadership with a value creation mindset.
As a former leader at both PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Accenture, Chris has served in consulting roles since 2008, focused on Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Telecom and Manufacturing. He has developed and led programs that enable business process transformation across all business functions, supporting executive stakeholders to deliver outcomes that align with business strategy. Chris’ delivery expertise spans across the technology landscape, from ERP to eCommerce to new product development & compliance.
In 2018, Chris received his Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University, where he graduated in the top of his class, summa cum laude, with a 3.96 GPA. Chris is a certified SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) *Pending Exam, PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA).

· Client Program: Freeman Company: Led a vital enterprise-wide transformation effort across multiple, concurrent workstreams, focused on transforming functional logistics model, business process and go-to-market, leveraging SAP S/4HANA to transform Supply Chain, SEM, Finance Modernization, Master Data Governance, and CX. · Client Program: Orveon Global: Led design and implementation of PMO for teams of 200+ corporate employees, vendors, and consultants to successfully deliver and integrate an end-to-end, SaaS / Cloud technology infrastructure, including NetSuite, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, UKG, Specright and 14 additional enterprise applications through design, build, test, go-live and Hypercare. Transformation Program Director | Healthcare & Life Sciences Transformation Jan 2019 – Mar 2021
Lead IT & Digital technology advisory partner for Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer, to support the clients’ vision for business growth and efficiency. Designed a client digital transformation platform, addressing business disruption to critical business processes in Pharma Supply Chain, Drug Discovery & Development, Robotic Surgery and Pharmacovigilance. Established and managed PMO, governance & risk of enterprise programs across the business technology portfolio. Sold over $38M in transformation and advisory services.
· Client Program: As the Senior Transformation Program Director, owned strategy, and development of a 5-year transformation to consolidate 17 SAP landscapes to 4, transitioning to SAP S/4HANA on a multi-cloud infrastructure to transform the drug supply chain and shift 50% of workloads to the cloud. Result: $7B in projected overall savings by 2030
