During my tenure as a Consulting Partner at Orveon Global, an $800M premium beauty brand carveout led by Advent International, I oversaw delivery of a $200M project portfolio spanning across Digital, IT, Transformation, and Supply Chain, which included standing up, operationalizing, and leading multiple, integrated PMO structures to support a global team of 200. I drove the successful delivery of a global, E2E business operations platform, including NetSuite ERP, Körber Warehouse Management System (WMS), Blue Yonder, and EDI, on-time, on-budget, and on-spec, surpassing all transaction advisory (TSAs/DSAs) targets and saving the firm $XX in potential exit fees. In a previous role as Field CTO at Dell Technologies, I demonstrated a strong track record of addressing critical client issues and fostering project excellence in Life Sciences. One notable instance was when I served as a transformation partner to a $300B+ biotech client, spearheading the analysis, bid response, and development of a $350M infrastructure transformation platform. Collaborating with ten executives across business and IT, I oversaw data, emerging technologies, and cloud solutions by conducting comprehensive value stream mapping to lay the foundation for delivery strategy, investment, and prioritization efforts.
