Chris Maisto provides strategic consulting for enterprise transformations, M&A integrations (buy & sell-side), divestitures and private equity carveouts. In January 2021, Chris started the boutique consultancy Sideways8 to simplify the management and orchestration of technology project portfolios, implementations, service delivery, operations, governance, and engagement leadership with a value creation mindset. 
As a former leader at both PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Accenture, Chris has served in consulting roles since 2008, focused on Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Telecom and Manufacturing. He has developed and led programs that enable business process transformation across all business functions, supporting executive stakeholders to deliver outcomes that align with business strategy. Chris’ delivery expertise spans across the technology landscape, from ERP to eCommerce to new product development & compliance.
In 2018, Chris received his Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University, where he graduated in the top of his class, summa cum laude, with a 3.96 GPA. Chris is a certified SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) *Pending Exam, PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA).

Design-Thinking:Human-centered design thinking was a key factor to the huge success of an internal sales transformation he led - BXT (Business, Experience, Technology), where I was tasked to re-think and reframe the approach to how the firm designed and sold solutions to its clients, generating over $600M in new pipeline over a few months. During this Program, I led bespoke workshops for Senior PwC Partners - some of which had been selling the same way (successfully) for over 25 years - to look at the client's challenge through the lens of key stakeholders, and reframing the challenge to solve more than it could before. The second phase of the workshops would be to go through the exact same workshop with the clients' SLT and ELT, to ensure continuity, acceptance and stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.
